From the tasting to the menu planning to the actual day, Will and his team were super friendly, helpful and professional. They made everything easy and stress-free. “The 2014 Chevalier Presentation Ball was one of the largest on record with almost 600 people attending the event. With the presentation of 182 Year 11 students the timing for the evening was tight and the physical constraints of the table arrangements a challenge. The meal service had all guests receiv- ing hot, professionally presented, high quality meals within a span of 30 min- utes; all without a permanent kitchen facility to support the service. This was an incredible achievement by InHouse Chef that supported an exceptional night.”
